Grace Shepherd
Grace has worked as a violinist with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, the English Symphony Orchestra, the Gabrieli Consort & Players, the London Concert Orchestra, the Welsh Concert Orchestra, the Piccadilly Sinfonietta, the Midland Sinfonia, the British Sinfonietta, the English Sinfonietta, the Outcry Ensemble, Midland Opera, the Bach Camerata and the Studio Orchestra. Grace is also delighted to be on the extras list for the Oxford Philharmonic. She achieved a first class Bachelor of Music at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 2023, and in her final year of study earned a place on the Professional Placement Scheme with the BBC NOW. Following the placement, Grace played on their North Wales Tour as a tutti 1st violinist and continues to enjoy playing with them as a freelancer.
